*I started photography before I ever knew it would be my profession. It was important for me to capture moments of family and friends so we would always have them. Being able to do that for new friends every year is a gift.
*I am driven by light and get way too excited when an amazing sunset shows up for your pictures. I feed off of your energy and will always rely on how you feel in a certain pose or area and work off of that in that moment. My goal is to keep you feeling comfortable while also making you shine.
*I still get butterflies when I arrive for a wedding or session. Even with all the planning in the world, you never know what to expect. I thrive on the unexpected.
*I LOVE traveling, especially with my partner Jeffrey, and we cannot wait to plan our next road trip soon, especially with our dog Raines!
*I love movies and binge watching any and all new tv shows, and I always have something on when I'm editing...usually a movie I've seen 100 times before.
*My newest obsession, our 1 year old dog Raines, keeps me busy when I'm not editing. I've been spending any time off training him & of course taking way too many photos of his adorable face. You can follow his life with us HERE. Of course he has his own Instagram account!

I prefer staying up late vs. waking up early but my dog makes that difficult.
Before photography, I was going to school to be an early childhood teacher. (Probably explains why I love family sessions).
I cannot handle any kind of spicy food, but I'll try it and then immediately regret it.
I can usually name a movie by hearing a small snippet of the soundtrack right away. Ask Jeff. ;)
