There was something unique about Jenee & Kyle when I first met them. The story of how they first met only proves it.
“We met 5 years ago in a Class at College of Dupage. On the first day of class Jenee had already found her seat before class started, when Kyle arrived, he searched the open seats and decided to sit next to the pretty blonde girl in the 3rd row, At some point in class Kyle was being a smart Alec and the teacher turned to Jenee and had asked her jokingly “will you smack him for me”, Jenee turned and looked at Kyle, with out thinking twice and smacked him hard across the back of head. To Kyle it was love at first Smack. :)”
They are two of the most genuine people and make you feel like you’ve been friends for years. They bring out the best smiles on each other and I saw it throughout their entire engagement session at the Chicago Botanic Gardens. However, on this day, their wedding day, those smiles only got bigger.
When they told me about their backyard wedding, I was beyond excited. Kyle was getting ready at his mom’s house on the left while Jenee was getting ready at their family friend’s house on the right. The ceremony would be taking place in the gorgeous backyard later. It was so much fun walking back and forth between houses for their ‘getting ready’ pictures.
It made the day so much more intimate and original. Here is their gorgeous backyard wedding day :
