Mother’s Day weekend gave us the Chicago Spring weather we were waiting for…FINALLY!
I couldn’t have asked for a better day to meet up with one of my favorite families for their session in Lincoln Park. Because it was Mother’s Day weekend, there were a LOT of people out, but little Evan distracted all 3 of us the entire time with his silliness and adorable dimples.
Love this adorable trio! And I can’t believe how much Evan has grown since their last shoot!
Get ready for LOTS of vibrant colors!
I mean, are you KIDDING me with that adorable smile?! <3
Oh Spring trees! You have my heart! <3
🙂 🙂 🙂
This little kid was hamming it up all day!
Family kisses and awesome Chicago views!
The lagoon area in Lincoln Park (just South of the zoo) is one of my favorite areas.
It’s so peaceful and perfect for pictures!
Without asking, Evan freely gives lots of hugs…
Take in these moments parents! 😉
Especially those slobber-filled kisses! haha!
Mom’s are seriously the BEST! Especially this one.
Crystal, not many can put a two year old on their shoulders, smile at the camera, and still look gorgeous! 😉
Fun in a Chicago tunnel! 😉
This was adorable.
Even has an obsession with trucks…so naturally he was drawn to this one…and cried when we had to walk away.
This is probably one of my favorites! Everyone looks so happy here!
Just as couples feel more comfortable in front of the camera as time goes on, Evan got sillier!
He was screaming and dancing all around…(which worked to our advantage because everyone else that was there left!)

We finished our session at the classic Beehive sculpture in Lincoln Park.
Love this one of Evan : ‘Evan says relax.’ 😉
We always have to make time for a few with just mom and dad. 😉
Thank you all again for meeting me in the city! I’m so happy we had to reschedule AGAIN! That weather was perfect and I had a blast hanging out on such a gorgeous day with you all.
Until next time. 😉
Because I love a good comparison…Evan from his newborn shoot to present. <3
