Ashley + Daniel : Engagement at Shakespeare’s Garden

When I first talked to Ashley & Daniel about their engagement, they weren’t sure on where to meet for pictures.

They knew one thing – they wanted a lot of Fall colors.

I personally love photographing in new locations.  It challenges me as a photographer and it’s an opportunity to discover new places to visit.

I happened to be searching online and found Shakespeare’s Garden in Evanston.  It’s located within the campus at Northwester University and it’s one of the most beautiful little parks I’ve ever been to.

When I suggested it to Ashley & Daniel, they immediately fell in love.

The garden may have been small, but the trees were big and VERY colorful.  This was such a quiet and romantic little spot to visit.

The best part is no one was around so we had it to ourselves throughout the session. 🙂

This place for sure looked like something out of a Shakespeare play. <3

Instagram hashtag! I always ask couples if they have one for sharing photos on Instagram.

This sign was so cute to incorporate into their engagement pictures. 🙂

There wer so many unique and colorful flowers and plants throughout the garden.

I had fun playing around and through them. 😉

You two are adorable! They were so natural together and very easy to photograph. <3

See what I mean?

I got these two laughing all morning.  Love it!

Ashley, your eyes just blow me away! Simply gorgeous! 😉

Daniel, like most grooms to be, was a tad quiet during the first part of their session.

However, his facial expressions were cool, confident, and very suave!

My favorite : his ‘The Rock‘ eyebrow

It was a perfect morning. 🙂

One of their Facebook SNEAK PEEK’s.

Such a gorgeous couple!

A quick little outfit change…

Loved all the colors around them!

Beautiful ring bling!

We were on Northwestern’s Campus so why not walk around? 😉

There’s that eyebrow action again! 😉

The last of many ‘takes‘.  Who doesn’t want to get a fall leaf picture?! <3

Ashley & Daniel – I had so much fun during your session and getting to know you!

Thanks for exploring this awesome spot with me and for being you! 😉

You two were so easy to work with and truly are a very sweet couple.

I can’t wait for next June!

{Make sure to leave them some love in the comments below!}
